Night At The Museum - Battle of the Smithsonian

I know that this blog is week late as I actually managed to squeeze in time to watch this funny and hillarious movie in the cinema recently . Filled with much effects and graphics which make pre-historic figures come alive , what more can a viewer ask for . But I have to admit , the story line is a bit on the shallow line. Well , anyway if it's not for the graphic and side effects , this movie would have never been a hit among movie goers through out the world . I guess then , if it's also not for stars like Ben Stiller , Robin Williams and Hank Azaria , neither there will be much of a story line
nor a movie to be enjoyed . If you had watched the first Night At The Museum , then it's pretty easy to follow in the subsequent movie .
It starts off with a normal and easy starter with the former night security guard Larry Daley ( played by Ben Stiller ) of the Washington Museum now becomes a big time successful businessman . Story changes barely half an hour into the beginning when he passes through his former working place , the museum - only to discover that it has been sold off and and his ' frens ' are being packed into boxes to be moved for storage . And this is when the movie line picks up when one of his ' frens ' - the cowboy calls to him by the telephone for the former to rescue he and frens from the evil Egyptian Pharaoh Khamunrah ( played by Hank Azaria ) and from hereon is when the plot picks up with other historical characters coming alive including the giant Abraham Lincoln , dolls of shakky heads of Albert Einstein and even the mafia's from Godfather series came alive together with many other characters .

Being a huge fan of comedy adventures and family plot movie lines , I guess for this movie and if it was not for characters played by Robin Williams , Owen Wilson ( the cowboy ) , Hank Azaria and Amy Adams , the movie would pretty much of a plain and boring storyline but hey ! thanks to the unique team of imagineers and stunt man and women . Pretty enjoyable because I know I did indeed enjoyed watching it as equally good as the first Night At The Museum .
